Interns plan is to find someone who can fit our culture and be with us for a longer tenure once converted as full time employee. WE SELECT CANDIDATES WITH AN INTENT TO HIRE & NOT AS AN INTERIM SOLUTION. JD; -To attract and hire the right talent within the defined parameters -Planning, strategizing and fulfilling all requirements of the organisation. -Recruit the right talent as per the defined Business TAT. -Establish and develop effective working relationships with business leaders. -Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process -Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders. All the interns will be converted as full time employees based on the performances once the internship tenure is completed. candidates will be paid based on the business closure.
