COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT - INTERNSHIP

SUMMARY : The intern has to build and maintain a comprehensive NGO-connect program in order to develop, establish and maintain relationship with NGO partners on the platform. He/she will be responsible to support existing NGOs and onboard prospective NGOs on the platform through various interventions such as direct meetings, online and offline communication etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: ● On-boarding and introducing the credible social organizations of North East region to LetsEndorse’s ecosystem ● Reaching out to NGOs through telephonic calls and emails. ● Maintaining and growing NGO-base numbers and involvement using various interventions such as one-to-one meeting with prospects, collaterals and presentations with an emphasis on a narrative approach ● Maintaining records and database of prospects within assigned territory. ● Diligent follow-ups with the identified contacts to convert to prospects. ● Strategize and conduct activities for NGO outreach, servicing and regular engagements ● Developing relationships with potential NGOs. ● Creating marketing campaigns to generate leads. ● Participating in events to build community and boost brand awareness. ● Attending weekly meeting with Mentor and Reporting Manager. ● Work closely with other verticals within LetsEndorse to drive the short-term and long-term vision of the organization and be an integral part of its growth and impact. ● Suggest and incorporate ways to improve the visibility of LetsEndorse in the social development ecosystem
