What Are We Looking For - We are looking to hire a graduate to join our team at Dansden as an Intern for Online Marketing. We are based in Pune, specialized in Recruitment, Market research, Market Entry strategies into other countries and tailor made business solutions. You will get experience of management consulting and recruitment from a team of international consultants. Key responsibilities –  Utilizes social media to engage with decision makers of SME & MNC companies  Support SEO strategies by understanding keyword priorities  Assist in link building campaigns  Coordinate online marketing and advertising campaigns  Collaborate with the management team and conceptualize online marketing plan  Demonstrate interest in social media (especially Linkedin) and how media and communication strategies can continuously engage the online community  Creatively design engaging posts to elicit new customers and engage existing customer Key Requirements –  Possesses skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management  Performs well in environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety  Exhibits personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and adaptability  Prefers challenges, fast pace, new ideas, future focus, and unstructured environment  Possesses Wordpress development skills  Proficient in social media applications  Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field  Strong attention to detail, and organizational, time management and decision-making skills Fluent in English - spoken and written; knowledge of German or any other European language would be an asset
