Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Studying the widely changing Food and Beverage Industry - The F&B industry is undergoing the greatest change post the green revolution era. We want you to understand and study these changes for 'Ready to eat food segment' and come up with ideas and recipes for quality food. 2. Research on innovative packaging for F&B - Packaging and transport of food and beverages is a huge hassle in the industry. Getting the food to the end customer in its fresh state and without spills is crucial with online delivery. The candidate should be able to study and research on these mechanisms and technologies and provide a relevant case. 3. Prepare a checklist and guideline for the chefs to follow for Quality check before the dispatch of products.
Habit of Life (HoL) is a food and beverage (F&B) startup found in 2017 with the sole purpose of providing quality and variety in F&B products which are from different parts of the country.Within a year of its inception, HoL has taken over the production and supply of savories and ready to eat snacks to all major corporate cafes across Gurgaon and other parts of Delhi/NCR and also have expanded its reach into the retail sector with their own bakery and juice bar. HoL plans to expand its market across NCR in the next year by becoming the preferred vendor to all cafes and retail outlets with the best products and efficient supply chain.
