We are looking to hire Interns to Drive the Recruitment Operations for the eCom Technology & Product business units. Note:-This is 6 months paid internship, requires a commitment of 45 hours a week. Key Responsibilities:- Should be an interface between the candidate and business teams in assisting the Recruitment process: • Schedule interviews with candidates by checking the availability of panel members • Be in constant touch with the candidate to give the interview updates and related information. Maintain relevant dashboards and reports pertaining to hiring. • Ensure a pleasant candidate experience throughout the recruitment process i.e. from interview stage to on-boarding stage. • Coordinate with recruitment vendors/partners as and when necessary. Responsible for the candidate on-boarding process which includes • Ensure that the candidate fulfills all the pre-requisite processes like entering necessary details on the candidate portal, medical check-up etc. • Ensure that the candidate information is accurate and complete on the candidate portal/systems. • Collect necessary documents from the candidate on the day of joining. •Responsible for the Recruitment MIS • Should maintain multiple reports on hiring status, candidate-wise data on a daily basis. • Prepare and present monthly PPT on the overall recruitment progress across business units.
