Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Interns will be trained on the Talent Acquisition Process and will understand how to use the various Job Portals, Social Media sites & other sources for Recruitment. 2. Interns will work under the supervision of the seniors on live projects for Clients of TMS & will get a real-world perspective into the nuances of HR in Corporate. 3. Interns will go through numerous training & coaching sessions during their internship with TMS that will make them ready for the future. 4. Interns will also learn about HR Documentation like how to make Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
