Proficient in using job portals and social networking sit Excellent knowledge of Job portal searches. Excellent Knowledge of MultipleIT Good command of verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. Exposure to in-house recruitment is highly desired. Responsibilities: Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes. Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networks. Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds. Scheduling interviews, a follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary. Managing resumes and updating the database. Confident in interactions with individuals of all background and skill level.
