Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1) Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources. 2) Reaching out via call/email to potential hotel partners to get them on board for our travel platform. 3) Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc. 4) Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients. 5) Presenting and delivering information to potential clients. 6) Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions. 7) Working with hotel contracting team when closing a sale. 8) Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics. 9) Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales. 10) Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information. 11) Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
