About The/Nudge Foundation The/Nudge Foundation is a non-for- profit that focuses on sustainable poverty alleviation by building a strong 360-degree life, learning and economic foundation for poor in residential Gurukuls, along with lifelong support system. Our goal is to pull 1 million people sustainably out of poverty by 2020. The/Nudge Foundation is a collective initiative of some of India's best leaders and entrepreneurs, with a dream to see a poverty-free India within our generation. About part time job/internship: The BIG idea at The/Nudge is to do the mental reconditioning of underprivileged, and hence we chose a fully residential model. We are now calling it, "Program in Life Management (PLM)", with specialization in any 1 vertical like plumbing, beauty, BPO, etc. As an intern, you will work and interact with any one of our key functions i.e. Operations, Product, Finance, People Operations, Marketing & Community Mobilisation. These are subject to change based on the organization priorities and needs. # of internships available: 3 (Digital Marketing, HR, Placement team) Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: 1. Have a strong intent towards social sector 2. Are available for the full time internship 3. Can start theinternship between from 1st March 2019 and be available for at least 2-3 months 4. Willing to work 6 days a week
