Job Responsibilities Training & Development Help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills Assists in all aspects of training development and deployment. Tasks include - Preparing presentations, updating and maintaining reports, budgets and schedules, scheduling training, locating and reserving training rooms, ordering training supplies and refreshments and any other requirement for running a training program Assistance in scheduling training sessions Creating and tracking the nominations, sending invites & session reminders to the applicants Vendor management for merchandises Creating & sending feedback forms, reminders & generating feedback reports to improvise the session Induction & Orientation Assist in coordinating with the functional heads for orientation of New Joinees Help in end to end coordination for Orientation program E -Learning Portal Assist in setting up courses on the LMS Building and uploading content on the LMS (tech & behavioural) Maintaining existing training documents and processes Providing access to the new employees, handling queries and doubts related to the LMS tool
