1. Visiting different educational institutions 2. Taking appointment with the management, telling them about the company products and letting them know about the advantages of it 3. Taking feedback from them, revisiting the institution, tracking them down and convincing them 4. the internship will be a minimum of 4 months, so you cant quit before that 5. the salary is totally performance based. no sale means no salary. 6. if there is no sale within 20 days then you are fired ,apart from that three sale in a month is necessary.
