About the Internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Welcome guests positively and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards 2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office 3. Screen, answer and forward incoming phone calls 4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all the necessary stationery and other material 5. Distribute daily mail and deliveries 6. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) 7. Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock 8. Update the calendars, schedule meetings and arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
