Job Description : Truebil is looking to strengthen its Social Media Marketing Team and is looking for someone to help with planning and execution of acquisition, engagement and digital brand campaigns. The ideal person should have a paid social media background and should have worked at a high growth environment before. We are looking for someone with strong creative/storytelling, strategic thinking, analytical and stakeholder/project management skills. Job Responsibilities : - Work with the team to develop social media plans/calendar, including content strategies & campaigns, with an emphasis on setting goals, developing metrics, defining audiences & identifying key tactical frameworks. - Deliver clear direction & inspiration to the in-house creative team in developing sustainable & engaging concepts. - Provide analysis of results, including strategic recommendations and tactical tips that are directly related to insights. - Able to rapidly produce top-quality communications in all media. - Consistent and strong collaborator who elevates the work of cross-functional teams. - Analyze current-state social media channels & determine areas of improvement, expansion & refinement. - Strong awareness of emerging trends & behaviours in social channels. - Able to link behaviours to root causes and interpret digital culture to find relevance for the business. Requirements : - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital or social. - Hands-on experience developing insights from social listening. Detailed understanding of social analytics across channels. . Ability to synthesize data from many sources into actionable insights. - Should be bilingual (English and Hindi) and be able to read, write and speak both languages. - Highly informed and thoughtful perspectives on social platforms. - Ability to adapt brand expression and campaign strategy to relevant social channel experiences and strategy. - Working knowledge of social listening/analytics tools tools like Social Bakers, Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Unmetric, Datasift, Radian 6.

Truebil.com is a Mumbai based virtual marketplace for trading used cars in major Indian cities like Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi, launched on 13 March 2015. Truebil uses AI (artificial intelligence) algorithms to predict the ideal price of used cars based on various parameters like the condition of the car, geographical and seasonal factors. Truebil was co-founded by seven ex-IITians. Truebill offers features like valuation, quick sell guarantee, vehicle buying consulting, smooth paper transfer, loan assistance and insurance, among others. The platform has 3 offerings: 1. Curated Marketplace – Acts as a curated marketplace for customers who can choose used cars from a variety of sources. It vets & refurbishes cars after procuring them from sellers and allows customers to choose from a huge variety of these refurbished cars. 2. Truebil Direct – Launched in November 2016, this model enables customers to buy refurbished cars directly from offline stores of Truebil located in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The company then handles all paperwork related to ownership transfer, loan and insurance. 3. Payment via Bitcoins - Truebil has collaborated with Unocoin to accept payments through bitcoins. Buyers can use Unocoin's PoS application to complete the transaction using bitcoins.
