Urgent Requirement for Oracle DBA

Technical Requirements 4+ years of related work experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Oracle DBA. The position requires the ability to install, upgrade and manage single instances and master-slave replication. Must be able to develop procedures to monitor, tune and optimize database and application performance. Proficiency is required in Enterprise Dashboard. Knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics is required. Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for database instances is required. Candidates should have basic knowledge of OS system administration (Linux, Windows and Solaris), different storage technologies (SAN, NAS, Disk Array), and basic network infrastructure from a database perspective. Must be competent in UNIX shell, vi, Awk, etc. and familiar with the use of PuTTY, FileZilla for connectivity and file transfers.
