About WorkLinkr: WorkLinkr is the trademark product of APRN COGNOTECH PRIVATE LTD. WorkLinkr is a startup that is evolving into the "Gamification of Recruiting". The startup is building a fresh team of talents from various fields such as web design, web development, game designers, software developers, data analysts, human resources, marketing, etc. WorkLinkr is targeting the interesting approach followed by corporate firms to interview and screen candidates through games. About the work from home job/internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Designing a website for the startup and monitoring day-to-day business operations and working on WordPress theme development. 2. Collaborating with the team and discussing in scrum sessions about every-day responsibilities. 3. Innovating new gaming ideas that would be the core mission of the business to target corporate clients. Technical requirements: 1. Should have the knowledge and hands-on experience in web development languages like HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, any frameworks like Bootstrap, Unity3D or any relevant game developing software are nice to have. 2. Have some knowledge and interest in Artificial Intelligence and the frameworks involved. IOS, Android development would be good to have. 3. Wordpress knowledge and experience will be an advantage. (not mandatory, but willing to learn and work). 4. Must be at least graduating in relevant fields (B.E, BSc, MSc/MCA, or any relevant course or certification). Passouts are also welcome. 5. Must be willing to explore, learn and self-driven enthusiast, as we are not just working but exploring possibilities. # of jobs/internships available: 2 Who can apply: FINAL YEAR / FRESHERS / RECENT GRADUATES PREFERRED. Master's graduates are welcome to apply. Only those candidates can apply who: 1. Are available for the work from home job/internship. MOST IMPORTANT - Only candidates ready to balance work and curriculum apply. The work hours are 5 days a week and 4 hours per day. So, 20 hours/week is expected. 2. WorkLinkr strives for connecting corporate firms with job aspirants through gamification in recruiting methodology. The crux of interview evaluations has had modes such as phone interviews, Skype interviews, face to face interviews or short coffee chats. These evaluations are predominantly based on evaluating the technical and behavioral aspects of candidates. However, industrial studies indicate that there is a scarcity in evaluating strong cognitive skills of candidates. Most evaluations concentrate on technical requirements demanded by internal teams as well as projects and the norms until the recent past for behavioral analysis focused on asking questions such as strengths and weakness, situational stories about dealing with successes and failures and personal motivation to choose that particular job or firm.
