GENERAL - Gain insight into the working environment and understanding, the culture of the firm. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Develop skills needed in communicating with customers regarding their financial/investment accounts. SALES & E-MARKETING - Gain knowledge with social media engagement by helping mange social channels through Facebook, Wechat & Instagram. FINANCIAL PLANNING/BANKING - Gain knowledge about the various financial products offered by the firm.
