Business Development

The implementation activities could include Setting up the hardware and software environment, Installation of the product, configuring the product and the environment to suit customer’s requirements. •Actively participate during project workshops and discussions to finalise network design based on customer’s requirements. •Working with customer in terms of commissioning the system into production/live environment. •Project progress reporting and participation in project reviews; Interaction with the customer and management on implementation related issues. •Development of Acceptance Tests and handling of the acceptance of product by the customer after implementation and guiding the customer in the completion of the acceptance procedures. •Ability to maintain relationship with all the stake holders and ensure the task which needs to be coordinated is completed effectively. •Assist customers in terms of identifying appropriate solution and scoping according to capacity requirements.
