1) Compensation & Benefit : All Leave entry of employee, knowledge on company benefit 2) Employee Relation : Town hall briefing, CSR knowledge, canteen operation, employee locker areas arrangement, communication session with all operators 3) Recruitment / Staffing : Attend career fair, recruitment procedure & chance to conduct interview with direct labor , arrangement of interview for indirect staff
