This is an Individual role in an employee-centered culture, an area where a candidate plays the main role of spreading the word about products, counseling students to increase their reach. As a BDI you're expected to find potential customers through cold calling, counsel the students to choose the right path, and understand the perception and needs of students. 1. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers 4. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competition. 5. Meet, achieve or exceed sales targets. 6. Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads. 7. Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player
