Job Description – Business Development Intern Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns to support revenue generation and market expansion for Walkout’s two core verticals: 1. Digital Solutions – Web & App Development, Digital Marketing, Content Writing 2. SaaS Products – HRMS & Hospital Management Systems (Subscription Model) This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students looking to build hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, and B2B business development. Key Responsibilities • Identify and research potential clients for both services and SaaS products • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and online platforms • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule demos/meetings • Assist in pitching Walkout’s offerings to prospects • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets • Support senior BD team in proposal follow-ups and deal closures • Understand customer pain points and communicate solutions effectively • Track daily activities and report progress to the manager Eligibility & Skills • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Marketing / Sales / Business-related degree • Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred) • Willingness to learn sales, SaaS, and digital services • Basic understanding of digital marketing or software products is a plus • Target-driven, confident, and proactive attitude
