Our app requires no internet for core features and offers a 100% judgment-free environment to practice speaking. *The Role* We are looking for well-connected, highly motivated Campus Growth Managers to be the face of Vanim in their colleges and hostels. You won't be fetching coffee; you will be executing real guerrilla marketing strategies, building a community, and directly driving user acquisition for a fast-growing tech startup. *What You Will Do (Your Growth Playbook)*: - Digital Community Domination: Strategically share Vanim resources in your college, class, and hostel WhatsApp and Telegram groups. - Campus & PG Activations: Print and pin our quirky, eye-catching posters on high-visibility notice boards in college canteens, libraries, and major PGs around your campus. - Social Media Advocacy: Create raw, relatable content (Instagram Stories/Reels) about how students can use Vanim to prep for placements or improve their daily communication. - Product Feedback Loop: Be our ears on the ground.
