Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee queries, concerns, and basic HR-related inquiries. Policy Implementation: Contribute to the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Training Coordination: Assist in coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records. Data Analysis: Compile HR metrics and assist in preparing reports for management. Legal Research: Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
