This book came to exist in 2006 through the interest and will of becoming an author. My intention was to create a book that enables a person to grow from a zero to an improved Mental ability in 30 days. However, I was never quite happy with the book as it turned out and (even now) would blame the publishing process which didn't really add any value to the creation. The errors and problems of the book are largely mine since I had written it at the end of the Second year of Engineering proramme at IIT Delhi without deeply understanding how learning happens, how the mind works, etc. Over the last 17 years, I have been intimately engaged with the process of learning from different perspectives - as a large coaching organization, as an ed-tech app creator and engaging with learners on a 1 on 1 basis as well as actually working with children and adults. It feels that I have come to a point in time where either the book dissipates since its current form offers none of the values that I had originally intended it to offer nor is it true to who I am OR one gives it new shape and form to embody more of who I am and my undertandings at the moment.
Being a co-author of the book
