We're searching for a talented and passionate Bilingual Content Creator & Podcast Producer from Delhi to join our growing team! In this role, you will: Podcast Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative interview questions and discussion topics aligned with current real estate trends and target audience interests. Conduct in-depth research on potential podcast guests and relevant real estate themes. Craft compelling podcast episode descriptions, show notes, and social media teasers to promote each episode. Work collaboratively with the podcast host and marketing team to ensure a smooth production process. Content Creation (Hindi & English): Create high-quality content across various formats, including: Blog posts and website copy Social media captions and reel scripts Email marketing campaigns Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content. Analyze content performance and suggest data-driven strategies for improvement. To be successful, you should: Be a skilled writer with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content in both Hindi and English. Possess a strong understanding of SEO principles. Have a passion for the real estate industry (a plus). Be comfortable working with different content formats, including text, audio, and video. Be a creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and formulating engaging interview questions. Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
