Creator Acquisition & Influencer Marketing Intern

CashMila is looking for energetic and proactive Creator Acquisition & Influencer Marketing Interns to help us grow our creator community. In this role, you will work directly on acquiring and onboarding Instagram creators and influencers to the CashMila Creator platform. You will be responsible for identifying relevant creators, reaching out to them, explaining the CashMila Creator opportunity, helping them get started, and building long-term relationships with creators. What you will do: • Research and identify relevant Instagram creators and influencers • Reach out to creators through Instagram, WhatsApp, email and other channels • Introduce creators to CashMila Creator and explain how they can monetize their audience • Follow up with interested creators and help them complete onboarding • Help creators create and share their CashMila product links • Assist creators in understanding CashMila's Auto-DM and other creator features • Maintain creator outreach and onboarding records • Build strong relationships with creators and identify high-potential creators • Experiment with new creator acquisition strategies and outreach approaches • Work with the team to improve creator conversion and activation • Track daily and weekly outreach, signup and activation metrics What we are looking for: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable communicating with people over Instagram, WhatsApp and email • Active understanding of Instagram, influencers and the creator ecosystem • Confident, energetic and comfortable with outreach • Good research and lead-generation skills • Self-motivated and willing to work towards measurable goals • Ability to work independently as well as with a team • Prior experience in sales, marketing, influencer marketing or business development is a plus, but not mandatory Work Environment: This is a hybrid internship. Interns will work from our Bengaluru office 3 days per week and remotely for the remaining 3 days. You will get hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, digital marketing, business development and startup growth.
