JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for enterprising candidates to launch our B2B application across Bangalore. The person will interact with retail partners, communicate our value proposition and on-board them to our platform. He/she will be involved in exploring potential territories to launch our FMCG and bakery products. This role requires sharp business acumen to deal with channel partners and work with top management in designing strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and execute retail launch plan - map, target & pitch Take complete ownership and improve sales funnel – from signup to conversion Perform daily follow up and collect feedback from retailers Come up with solutions to improve sales and operational processes Collect market intelligence to track competitor and market trend Make reports based on business metrics – conversion, churn rate, revenue and turnaround time REQUIRED SKILLS & TRAITS Go-getter attitude Communication skills Disciplined & punctual Excel & basic computer operations Fluent in at least one: Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam Drop your resume at kunal.bhadra@dropshop.network Or apply using the link: https://lnkd.in/erVbMNv
