Key Responsibilities Frontend Development Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.) Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code Optimize applications for speed and scalability Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility Backend Development Develop RESTful APIs and backend services (Node.js / Python / FastAPI / Express) Integrate AI/ML models and agent pipelines into backend systems Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices AI Integration Work with AI engineers to integrate LLMs, APIs, and agent workflows Handle real-time data processing and AI-driven features Build interfaces for interacting with AI agents (chat systems, dashboards) DevOps & Deployment Assist in deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Work with Docker and CI/CD pipelines Monitor performance and debug production issues Collaboration & Development Practices Participate in code reviews and agile workflows Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Work closely with cross-functional teams Requirements Technical Skills Basic to intermediate knowledge of: Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React preferred) Backend: Node.js / Python Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.) Version control using Git & GitHub AI/Tech Awareness (Preferred but not mandatory) Basic understanding of: AI/ML concepts APIs like OpenAI, Hugging Face Prompt engineering or agent workflows Tools & Technologies (Good to Have) Next.js, FastAPI Docker Firebase / Supabase WebSockets / real-time systems Soft Skills Strong problem-solving ability Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Good communication and teamwork skills Ownership mindset and attention to detail What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience building real-world AI-powered applications Exposure to modern full stack + AI architecture Mentorship from experienced developers and AI engineers Opportunity to contribute to live products and systems Nice-to-Have Projects (for Applicants) Personal portfolio website Full stack app (MERN / Next.js) Any AI-integrated project (chatbot, automation tool, etc.) Contributions to open source
