Call for German Language Trainers (Native Speakers) – International Career Readiness Program Step Up International Trust (NGO) invites experienced German native speakers to join our Outreach Program in India, focused on preparing and supporting students from marginalized back ground for study abroad, migration, and overseas employment opportunities. Website: www.stepupinternational.org.in About the Program: This initiative equips students with international language proficiency and employability skills, aligned with global standards required for higher education and workforce mobility. Core Focus Areas: • German language proficiency aligned with CEFR (A1–C1) • Training in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking (RWLS) • Preparation for internationally recognized certifications (Goethe / TELC) • Cultural orientation for Germany and EU countries Role of Trainers: • Deliver structured language training sessions • Develop students’ RWLS competencies to international standards • Prepare students for certification exams and real-life communication • Support migration readiness (academic & workplace communication) Skills Required in Trainers: • Native German speaker with good English communication skills • Proven experience in German language training / teaching • Strong ability to train in RWLS competencies • Familiarity with CEFR framework and certification exams • Cross-cultural communication and mentoring skills Impact Expected: You will help students achieve global mobility, secure admissions/jobs abroad, and build confidence to integrate into international environments.
