The Nash Energy Capital Fellows Programme is a six-month, paid, full-time, in-office fellowship designed for recent graduates who want to build careers in the rapidly growing energy sector across four distinct tracks Your Primary Role: As a Founding Fellow, you will work alongside the founders to help build Nash Energy Capital from its earliest stages. The programme is designed to provide hands-on experience in building an EnergyTechFin business, with meaningful ownership, direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance. What You Will Do • Work directly with the founding team on live commercial projects in battery energy storage, industrial energy systems and EnergyTechFin. • Contribute to market research, customer engagement, techno-commercial evaluations, project execution and business development, depending on your Fellowship track. • Analyse data, solve real business challenges and develop practical recommendations for commercial and industrial customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations and business functions. • Leverage AI tools to improve research, productivity and decision-making. Who We're Looking For: We are looking for curious, driven and entrepreneurial individuals who enjoy solving real-world problems and are excited to build something from the ground up. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams, learning quickly and taking ownership of meaningful work. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills and a willingness to use AI tools as part of your daily workflow are essential. Preferred Background: We welcome applications from final-year students, recent graduates and postgraduates from engineering, management and analytical disciplines. Preferably from: • Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Industrial or Production Engineering • MBA (Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Energy or Sustainability) • Business Administration, Commerce or Economics • Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related disciplines Candidates with exposure to battery energy storage, renewable energy, power systems, industrial technologies, business development, operations, consulting or AI tools will be given preference.
