Job Description for Customer service executive’s • Respond to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer. • Making a record of customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in respective accounts. • Accomplish customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed. • Prepare oneself for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes. • Should have good command over English and must be willing to work in shift Day/Rotational Shifts. • Should exhibit patience and empathy to resolve customer queries and must be able to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively. • Should be able to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate emails • Should demonstrate creative problem solving approach and strong analytical skills. • Interested candidates can send their resume to careers.kwintit@gmail.com
