In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, team coordination, policy management, and workflow optimization within a fast-growing mental health organization. You will play a vital role in keeping our internal structure smooth, collaborative, and aligned with our people-first values. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) • Assist in talent acquisition by filtering applications, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. • Coordinate onboarding processes for incoming mental health associates, consultants, and creative teams. • Maintain internal operational structures, track team milestones, and manage database records. • Facilitate smooth cross-team communication and assist in organising internal training or engagement workshops.
