Internship Duration: Full Time Job with a probation period of 6 months Location: Work from home job/ Remote Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify potential candidates. Assist in drafting compelling job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates. Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates through email, phone, and social media platforms. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, cover letters, and job applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Assist in administering assessments or tests to assess candidates' competencies and abilities. Interview Coordination and Support: Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide logistical support for interviews, including arranging meeting rooms and preparing interview materials. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing information and assistance throughout the interview process. Candidate Engagement and Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status and next steps. Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing candidate inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. Build and nurture relationships with candidates to establish a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities using HRIS and ATS. Assist in generating reports and metrics to track recruitment progress and performance. Support in the documentation of recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interview notes, and candidate feedback. Qualifications: Any Graduate (MBA-HR preffered) Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, specifically in talent acquisition and recruitment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse individuals. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
