Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. 2. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. 3. Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media channels to attract and engage potential candidates. 4. Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations. 5. Maintain accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. 6. Assist in the negotiation of employment offers and guide the onboarding process. 7. Stay updated with market trends and recruitment best practices, sharing insights with the team to optimize our recruitment strategies.
