Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:\r\n\r\n1. Determining applicants\' requirements by studying the job description\r\n2. Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements\r\n3. Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy\r\n4. Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives\r\n5. Screening resumes\r\n6. Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job board/portals\r\n7. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.\r\n8. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates\r\n9. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers\r\n10. Following up on the interview process status\r\n11. Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team\r\n12. Learning all the aspects of HR recruitment
