Required Skills: • Education/Qualification : MBA – HR or Marketing • Mandatory Skill Set : Strong Communication Skills, Knowledge about Recruitment & Selection, MS Word, MS Excel and Internet Browsing • Desirable Skill Set : Social Networking, Email and Phone Etiquettes • Personal Attribute, if any : Proactive, Zeal for learning, Self Motivated Role & Responsibilities: • Preparation of Job Description based on mandates / specifications given by the Delivery Manager • Sourcing matching profiles using various unconventional techniques using Job Boards, Job Postings, Social Media, Head Hunting, References, Professional Network etc., • Screening and validating candidates to ensure the best quality through robust interviewing techniques • Documentation of the interviews for the ease of decision making • Communicate with the Candidates and Hiring Manager for the interview schedules and feedbacks • Follow up with the selected candidates and ensuring their joining • Maintaining systematic and comprehensive reports on daily, weekly, monthly tasks • Maintain the candidates database
