We partner with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers to offer easy, subvention-based flexible EMI options to patients. Our goal is to make elective medical treatments and wellness care affordable and accessible for everyone across India. Role Profile: Intern - Clinic Onboarding Position: Intern – Clinic Onboarding Duration: 6 Months Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH) / Remote Type: Target-Based Sales Internship Role Overview As a Clinic Onboarding Intern, you will be on the frontlines of expanding ArthSutr’s merchant network. Your core responsibility will be pitching ArthSutr’s healthcare financing solutions to doctors, clinic managers, and wellness centers, convincing them to partner with us, and completing their onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clinics, dental chains, cosmetic/dermatology centers, and wellness clinics through cold calling, field outreach, and digital networking. Pitching & Onboarding: Present ArthSutr’s no-cost/subvention EMI solutions to clinic owners and complete the registration process on our platform. Target Achievement: Achieve monthly clinic onboarding targets defined by the team leader. Relationship Building: Follow up with registered clinics, assist them during initial patient transactions, and build strong long-term relationships with healthcare providers. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily logs of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and active onboardings using Excel and the internal CRM dashboard. Candidate Requirements & Mandatory Setup Equipment Required (Mandatory): Personal laptop, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, and a functional smartphone. Technical & Digital Skills: Candidate should be well-versed with MS Excel, MS Word, professional email writing/mailing, and efficient internet research/surfing. Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive communication skills in English and Hindi (local language proficiency is a plus). Mindset: Proactive sales mindset with good negotiation skills, persistence, and target orientation. Prior Experience: Freshers or students pursuing graduation/post-graduation are welcome. Prior outreach, telesales, or field sales experience is an added advantage. Compensation & Duration Tenure: 6 Months. Pay Structure: Purely performance-based payout on a per-clinic onboarding basis. The more verified clinics you onboard, the higher your earnings. Incentives & Performance Bonus: Top-performing interns will get additional milestone bonuses and an Internship Completion Certificate. Exceptional interns may be considered for full-time roles based on performance.
