Myntra Customer Champions Program ï¶ Industry -Institute Connect Program ï¶ Mentoring sessions ï¶ E Commerce Industry Exposure ï¶ MCCP completion certificate awarded to champions at the end of their tenure • 60 days of extensive training and On the job Experience program ï¶ Classroom training. ï¶ On the job training along with customer interactions ï¶ Customer interactions • Work Schedule for this program ï¶ 9 hours shift ï¶ 6 day working ï¶ Shift and week offs decided by Managers . Process 1) Online Test 2) Interviews 3) 18 days of Classroom training 4) 8 days of OJT and Certification
