Operations Associate

About the Role We're looking for an Operations Associate to help run the day-to-day operations of the business. You'll work directly with the founder, gaining hands-on experience in how a fast-growing D2C brand is built and scaled. This is a startup role where no two days are the same. If you enjoy solving problems, taking ownership, and working in a fast-paced environment, you'll fit right in. Key Responsibilities Manage order processing and dispatch. Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and logistics partners. Track inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer support coordination. Support new product launches and maintain operational accuracy. Prepare basic reports using Excel/Google Sheets. Identify process improvements and help build scalable operations. Who We're Looking For 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong aptitude are welcome). Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with Shopify is preferred; a willingness to learn new tools quickly is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. A builder's mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and solve problems.
