Role Overview: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Presales Interns to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced environment. The Presales Intern will work closely with our sales teams to support various initiatives and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the sales team in converting leads to warm leads and scheduling demo sessions. 2. Understanding the customer's need before we invite them to a demo in order to improve our pitch. 3. Engaging with our customers manually through texts/calls. 4. Sending out product updates & what we have launched new to build conversation. 5. Pushing our customers to attend free webinars. 6. Contribute creative ideas and insights to improve sales strategies and processes. Qualifications: 1. Currently pursuing Graduation/Graduate in any field. 2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, presales, or related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
