Product Intern

About the internship\\\\r\\\\n- Define analytics requirements for product features and partner with Engineering team to design data schema and structure for implementation.\\\\r\\\\n- Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to build trustworthiness on the conclusion.\\\\r\\\\n- Communicate analysis and decisions to high-level stakeholders and executives in verbal, visual, and written media.\\\\r\\\\n- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leadership on composing and refining questions to gather actionable insights.-\\\\r\\\\n- Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences - all within specified product requirements and deadlines.\\\\r\\\\n- Elicit requirements using interviews, focus groups, document analysis, requirements workshops, workflow definitions, use cases, scenarios.\\\\r\\\\n- Perform research and market analyses to derive features and enhancements for products.\\\\r\\\\n- Communication with customers on Requirement Changes and Release notifications.\\\\r\\\\n- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously\\\\r\\\\n- Analyzing product performance and it\\\\\\\'s optimization\\\\r\\\\n- Inform, influence, support and execute our product decisions and product launches\\\\r\\\\n- Translate high level business requirements into functional/technical specifications for the implementation team.\\\\r\\\\n- Assist product manager and customers with defining business requirements and user stories.\\\\r\\\\n- Work with product managers to create product release documents and associated product features documents.\\\\r\\\\nWho can apply\\\\r\\\\nOnly those candidates can apply who:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n1. are available for full time (in-office) internship\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n2. can start the internship between 2nd Oct\\\\\\\'20 and 6th Nov\\\\\\\'20\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n3. are available for duration of 6 months\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n4. are from Hyderabad and neighboring cities\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n5. have relevant skills and interests\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nOther requirements\\\\r\\\\n1. Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and influence with product partners\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n2. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects that depend on the contributions of others in a variety of disciplines\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n3. The ideal candidate is a brilliant problem solver, quick learner, self-starter and excellent communicator who possesses a passion for great user experience and the ability to achieve it.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n4. Ability to document product features and functionalities in the form of user stories, BRDs, GUI wireframes etc.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n5. Ability to define use case scenarios.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n6. Experience in interpreting requirements and developing functional specifications\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n7. Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
