Project: People Picture Project (PPP) Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Internship (In-Office) Duration: 3 Months Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM About the Role People Picture Project (PPP) is looking for enthusiastic and proactive Program Associate Interns to support outreach, stakeholder engagement, coordination, and execution of community-driven initiatives. This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, building partnerships, coordinating projects, and contributing to meaningful social impact initiatives. Responsibilities: * Conduct outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. * Connect with schools, colleges, organizations, NGOs, and community groups. * Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders and partners. * Support the planning and execution of project activities and events. * Attend meetings, field visits, and partnership discussions. * Maintain outreach databases, trackers, and reports. * Follow up with leads, participants, and collaborators. * Assist with documentation, presentations, and operational tasks. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements: * Undergraduate or postgraduate students from any discipline. * Recent graduates are welcome to apply. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Good interpersonal and networking abilities. * Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel locally for meetings and field activities. * Ability to take initiative and work independently.
