Recruiter Intern

The Human Resources Recruiter Intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities for various teaching, training, and operational roles at Grittytech. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will assist with interview scheduling, communication with candidates, and basic HR documentation to ensure a smooth hiring process. Additional tasks may include supporting onboarding activities, maintaining recruitment reports, and collaborating with training staff to understand role requirements. This is an internship role, based on remote setting.
