Relationship Executive

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Relationship Executive Interns to join our Study Abroad & Immigration team. This is a 6-month onsite internship designed to provide practical experience in client relationship management, counselling support, sales and international education services. ? Handle student and client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels. ? Understand students’ education background, career goals, preferred countries and requirements. ? Explain Proficientnest’s Study Abroad and Immigration services. ? Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication. ? Schedule counselling appointments with senior counsellors. ? Maintain accurate lead and client information. ? Coordinate with counselling, admissions and visa-processing teams. ? Assist students throughout the application process. ? Build strong relationships with students and clients. ? Work towards assigned lead follow-up and conversion targets. ? Participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars and student events. ? Maintain professional communication and provide excellent client service.
