We are looking for qualified Intern applicants who are curious and love to play with numbers in the analytic-oriented environment at our office- in Gurugram, Haryana. (For convenience, we are offering a Hybrid internship model). For this internship position, the successful candidate must have experience in statistical applications and data visualization. Although no prior experience is required as the focus would be on mutual learning and development of the Intern and team members. This intern will work with a variety of team members working on issues centering on Dementia, assisted living, elder care and monitoring of the same. All internships require that the selected candidate be adaptable and able to respond to a variety of tasks; be able to shift their focus and priorities in response to priorities. In return, Research Analyst interns are given the opportunity to learn invaluable problem solving skills, conduct wide-ranging and high-impact research, and to further refine their analytical skills as team members. Applicants should be problem solvers, and able to create solutions for complex statistical analysis requirements. They must also be able to learn new information quickly and communicate multifaceted information simply and clearly. The One-month Research Assistant Internship is unpaid but the intern will receive an Internship experience letter (Epoch Elder Care Pvt Ltd) along with a letter of recommendation from the Supervisor for the duties performed. The work schedule is up to 30 hours a week, depending on schedule and ability. This internship will start on the 1st of August and end on the 31st of August. The start and end dates are somewhat flexible. As a research assistant, you're guided by the Senior research fellow (Mr. Yash Singh Sisodiya) in data collection and Performing statistical analysis essential to the study. The primary responsibilities of the Research Assistant intern are:- 1). Assisting the research team with conducting an investigation, compiling information, and analyzing results for a KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice) study. 2). Work closely with the Research and Development team on the KAP Research project on (Dementia and Assisted living facility based in Gurgaon, Haryana). 3). Engage in research, writing, and other activities to provide analysis and critical thinking on the Research project. 4). Assist the team in gathering numerical data, performing statistical analyses, and interpreting the findings. 5). Help the department use statistical software programs, such as SPSS, Stata, and MS excel. Requirements:- 1. Master's degree in statistics, Life sciences, Social Sciences, health sciences, data science, or equivalent master's degree program with a focus on statistical methods. 2. Knowledge of statistical methodology. 3. Analyzing data using statistical techniques, formulas, and calculations. 4. Proficiency in using computers and related software. (MS Excel and SPSS would be preferable) 5. Ability to author technical documents. 6.
