BUSINESS GROWTH (Sales): Type of Internship: On-field. Location: Wherever the recruit is located. Duration: 8 weeks (commencing immediately). Stipend: 5,000-10000 INR + significant monetary incentive. Perks: 1. Certificate of Internship (subject to successful completion of the internship). 2. Letter of Recommendation (subject to the Sales target established). 3.Material incentives (example- One+ mobile, laptop, trips, etc.) on completion of benchmark sales targets. 4. Pre-Placement Offer ( 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 p.a) Roles and responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Business Growth Specialist (Intern) would be to drive demand and revenue with existing or new customers. 1. Outbound calling, prospecting, selling and driving specific sales programs. 2. Implementation of promotions, campaigning. 3. Reaching sales targets as established by the company. 4. Identifying newer avenues of business growth. 5. Being responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstanding. 6. Ensuring a healthy realization of the sales volume activities. 7. Tracking competition volumes and monitoring competitor activities to evaluate brand performance. 8. Ensuring brand basics of brands across all channels.
