WABA ONBOARDING PROFILE Roles and Responsibilities This role will be responsible for Onboarding of WABA clients. Which will include ensure that they should have FB verified. If they dont have FB verified FBM agent needs to get the process completed with the client. This role will be responsible for doing essential follow up until the activation process gets completed. Reports need to be built monthly, weekly for activation status. Candidates should have good written and spoken English skills. Candidate must have good customer support etiquettes.
