About the Role If you enjoy storytelling through editing, spend hours perfecting cuts, transitions, pacing, and sound, and are excited by the idea of creating content seen by thousands (or millions), this role is for you. As a Post Production Assistant /Assistant Video Editor, you will work closely with filmmakers, content creators, and the creative team to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories. From brand films and social media reels to corporate videos and original in house content, you'll be involved in the complete post-production process while learning the craft and business of professional content creation. Ideal for someone who watches content differently not just for entertainment, but to understand how great stories are crafted, edited, and brought to life. Key responsibilities: 1. Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished video product 2. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute video concepts 3. Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to enhance video quality 4. Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines and standards 5. Assist in the production of promotional videos, trailers, and other marketing materials 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in video editing 7. Contribute innovative ideas to improve the overall quality of our video content What We're Looking For ? Recent graduate or diploma holder in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Animation, Multimedia, or related fields. ? Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software. (Premier Pro preferred) ? Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and sound design. ? Passion for films, digital content, creators, and emerging media trends. ? Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. ? Ability to take feedback positively and continuously improve. What You'll Gain ?
