Internships Modules
Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design stunning collaterals. Supporting the marketing and business team to design and deliver solutions that are visually compelling and engaging, under the guidance of your design & marketing team mentor. Effectively & creatively communicate ideas to other team members and our target audience. Work within the brand guidelines to ensure org-wide consistency. Design for digital and print mediums: website pages, brochures, reports, decks, graphics for apps, videos, social media, banner ads and blog posts. Create illustrations & infographics to communicate complex information to our prospects, customers & end-users. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions; translate raw ideas into rough sketches and final designs.
SquadRun is a mobile marketplace that helps businesses crowdsource micro-tasks that require human intelligence & insight. Example use cases: calling, curation of product data uploaded by sellers in a marketplace or listing portal, profile moderation for a dating app, search accuracy measurement/audit, generation of meaningful tags for images/videos of a consumer app, training data for machine learning algorithms, etc. We have built a mobile app that people use in their free time to complete tasks and earn income.
Location: We are fully remote till June 2021, but we do have our office open in Noida in case you want to work from the office you are free to do :) Timings: Flexible Work Hours All meals are in the house :) Unlimited vacation & WFH policy, which means you are not entitled to a specific number of leaves per year. You can take time off from work according to what suits you the best. Needless to say, the system works on trust and we expect you to make fair decisions based on the team's needs.
