• Your primary responsibility is to generate regular advertisements and advertorials for all our publications, newsletters, social media and other products as may arise from time to time. You will target a wide variety of institutions – private, public sector and government – Indian and foreign to generate ad sales as per the targets set for you.\r\n• You will have to strike branding / partnership deals in the Indian and Overseas market with various institutions and organisations, public and private sector.\r\n• You will be in regular touch with all susceptible sources of advertising / revenue generation, including government departments, advertisement agencies, Corporate Companies, Tourism Boards, Multinational Companies, Airlines, Hotels, Cruise Companies and other consumer and retail service providers. \r\n• You will develop a fresh database and also ensure that the magazines are despatched by the administration staff to all our advertisers / potential advertisers regularly.\r\n• You will find how and where tenders can be submitted to get newer job prospects from government / non-government organisations.\r\n• You will make sure tenders are submitted to all relevant Govt departments as per the required and prescribed forms and do necessary follow ups.\r\n• You will look out for new business opportunities through event management deals for big, medium organisations, institutions.\r\n• You will do follow up of all payments generating from Kolkata Bureau.\r\n• You will keep an account of payments received client wise and do regular follow ups and collect payments for the company as advised by the management.\r\n \r\n• You will help the management in developing, establishing and maintaining sales strategies while meeting the organisational objectives. \r\n• You will ensure effective management of the sales, advertising and promotional activities of the organisation, conduct market research to determine market requirements, monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. \r\n• You will participate in tourism and other business fairs and develop new contacts and also do sales meetings in various principal cities of India and abroad.\r\n• You will develop regular contact with key players in India – leading tourism fairs, leading business houses etc, in order to enhance the branding and visibility of Media India Group in India.\r\n• To develop new lines of business within Media India Group, as per the expansion, diversification and capacities of the company, you will work in tandem with the company’s senior management.
