SERAC (Socio-Economic Resilience Advancement Committee)-Bangladesh was established by a group of educated, voluntary minded and dedicated soulful youth in 1991. As a social welfare voluntary organization, SERAC-Bangladesh got registered with the Department of Social Services of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in 1993. The organization currently has most of its projects and activities in Mymensingh and Dhaka districts.
